What is the Annual Meeting?

The purpose of an Annual Meeting is to elect members of the Vestry and delegates to Diocesan Convention, receive reports concerning various ministries of the church, review the report on the budget approved by the Vestry for the new year, and conduct any other appropriate business.

The Annual Meeting of St. Thomas Episcopal Church will be held on Sunday, January 26, after the service. Please plan on attending to help us carry out this important event. There will also be a covered dish luncheon after the meeting. If you’d like to bring a food item for the luncheon, please sign up on the sheet in the Fellowship Hall.

Thank you in advance for your contributions to this annual event.

Peace,

Megan
